Posting questions on the board is simple, all you need to do is select a software product that you need help with, then click the "New Thread" button. You can also browse through other support questions. One of the helpful features available in this forum is the ability to receive an E-mail when a response has been posted to your question. This is called "Notification", and can be set by simply checking a check box when posting your question. You can by notified about any thread in the board that you choose.

Once your question is posted, it is available to our tech support team, as well as any visitor who is registered in the forum. Using the discussion board allows better collaboration, allowing anyone to post a possible solution to your issue.

The discussion board has many helpful features which make it easier for you to work with the message board.
